- Candidates should be a citizen of Rajasthan, India.
- Students belonging to the reserved caste such as SC / ST / Special Backward Class whose annual family income does not exceed 2 lakhs.
- Should be a member of BPL family (Other Backward Classes and General Category).
- The candidate must have qualified the pre stage of the preparing entrance exam and shall be a part of the Educational Institution.
- Candidate must not have had any governmnet job in the state or Country.
- Admission in state engineering / medical colleges, 60% mask must be obtained in 10+2.
